24% of Jews (nationwide) voted for Trump in 2016, and 30% in 2020. Encouraging trend. Wouldn’t surprise me if Trump got at least 40% this time, which is what Reagan got in 1984. But 50% (either nationally or in NY) seems a bit optimistic. We shall see.
Reagan got 39% of the Jewish vote in 1980(Carter got only 45%) but only 31% in 1984. Bush got 35% in 1988. Nobody else has topped that figure since then.
