oh bs- just watched yet another video of a black woman who backed into a white man's car- pulled forward, rammed his car again- he got out- she backed into him several times- all caught on camera- takes off- cops decide not to arrest her and issued a statement similar to "Due to the nature of video, we don't know if we are gettign the full picture- therefore there will be no charges"

This was in Los Angeles - which is also where i believe there was video of a gun battle in the middle of traffic, where the prosecutor refused to bring charges claiming that it was just 'two gangs in dispute' or some such crap-
