Ya think. If a Republican tried to do that, the left to be all over it, and I would condemn them as well for trying that. If you’re running for office, the most you should be doing is campaign and casting a vote for yourself, not having anything to do with the actual operations/administration of that election.
I believe the Governor of Georgia, a Republican, did exactly this.
I think he was a test bed. The Dems are smart enough to try it with an R, first.
Of course, Kemp is fully compromised and Georgia now has 2 Dem Senators.
