Hilton, Marriot, Hyatt, Ritz, Wyndham, etc. Hell, even La Quinta has Moscow Russia locations.
Pretty much everyone except Trump and Motel 6 has a Moscow location. If the Russians were going to get him entangled, they would have happily helped him develop a luxury hotel.
