Careful, with tens of millions of illegal aliens in America the same argument could be made about us.
Those areas are largely defended by native local troops, who rose up against the murder of thousands of their neighbors by Ukrainian neo-Nazi forces. If the Ukrainians took that territory back, THEN it would be occupied by a foreign military.
