People ignoring him just emboldens him. It makes him think he has no critics. The correct strategy is quite the opposite, namely that he should be mocked and provoked vociferously. Every stupid thing he says on air should be documented and made into a montage of video clips to be aired as part of Trumps election campaign. Scarborough needs his idiocy transmitted to the far corners of the planet.
