I wouldn’t be surprised if Russia produces that bunch. Interesting that the Ukrainians didn’t feel they were worth taking back as they withdrew from Avdiivka - kind of reminds me of how a country treated its infirmed 90 or so years ago.

You seriously make that claim when the treatment of Russian wounded by their own is well documented
There are several stories of Ukranians taking serious losses attempting to recover their dead and wounded.
Not being able to retrieve wounded is one thing, leaving your dead and wounded to rot in the field as is also well documented Russian trait is another

There were reports published over internet that one of the best Ukrainian units had just been sent in to hold off the Russian onslaught, quickly realized its hopelessness and retreated without orders to do so leaving their wounded behind. Possibly the wounded were left behind as a rear guard, and therefore combatants.
