Your faith in the “justice” system is touching, but INCREDIBLY naive.
I say this as a practicing lawyer, who has seen the sausage being made.
Since you say you are a practicing lawyer answer me this….if the appeals court rule against him can he take it to the SC? Simple answer …yes it no? What are his options?
