He had a right to request a jury trial. If Engoron had refused it, that would have been grounds for appeal in itself.

On paper only. Then it would have been denied. James was using an administrative law, 63(12), no jury, Judge handles ALL. he Judge also said it wouldn’t have helped to request a jury. Look it up and stop being so dense.

These Judges are setting themselves up politically.

A big win for them to show loyalty to team Dem.

They had to have this ruling today after Fani did so poorly.
