Agree. I watched it yesterday. It’s hard to believe she is a district attorney.
I don’t think it is Wade that is the no-show. I think it is the attorney for Harrison Floyd. The attorney is apparently sick and Floyd isn’t present.

FWIW Jonathan Turley is not convinced this judge will do the right thing even though it is clear both Wade and Willis submitted seemingly false sworn statements in interrogatories.
I FEAR Turley may have read the courtroom correctly.
Wade might have been sweating his testimony out, but Willis looked not only comfortable but in control.
The days are long when the judicial system could be expected to do the right thing a majority of the time.
Getting justice in today’s courtroom is almost as likely as winning the lottery.
I have little faith that right will be done.
Witness is at the doctor’s office, you can’t make this shit up.

It was FRAUD on the court (lied in the affidavit - both Wade and Willis) and the lawyer is hiding behind attorney-client to not have to admit they had a relationship back in 2019.
But notice the ‘floating definitions’ — “My marriage ended when my wife cheated on me in 2015...” though they were still married for another 4 or 5 years. “To a man, our relationship ended then”.... ??
So no sex = no romantic relationship.
I guess that’s the “meaning of ‘is’” spin they’re using to lie on the stand.
