I think that is still an open issue.
A bit of that “angry black man” attitude coming up. It’s obvious where she gets it from. He has been racist for years. Also, on one hand they are extremely close but on the other he hasn’t seen her much at all. It’s obvious they coordinated their testimony.

Did the judge deny Marchant’s request to strike Willis’ father’s testimony due to the coordination or did he take the request under advisement?
Or did he just rule to allow his testimony to stand as it spoke to the issue of credibility?
I couldn’t tell.
On Fox news just now they are talking about the sequestration order that is in place and that FW must have been watching Wades testimony because she was angry when she showed up in the courtroom yesterday.
I had to mute the old man. I am surprised the judge is letting him filibuster with long winded answers. There is nothing wrong with having large sums of money on hand if it is legal money. It is rather telling that the DA and her "special prosecutor" don't have any receipts to backup their "large" cash flows. That wouldn't pass muster in a criminal case..

He denied the request to throw it out. Said the reasoning was noted. He could refer to the fact the state put a witness on who testified he was prepped with Fanni in attendance, and that he watched all of yesterday and 5 hours last night about the case. It actually is worse for Fanni is my guess.
The judge has been way tooooo lay back…only speaks volumes. J Sekulow from the ACLJ says she probably will not get disqualified. Reason being that people who are following this case closely outside the Atlanta bubble see this as a disqualification disaster … but the people inside the Atlanta bubble don’t see any proof or reason that they should dismiss her. I believe he is correct…the latter will prevail!😡
