Marriage is a legal construct between a man and a woman; it is a financial framework that supports and can generate a family.
Why not have a separate legal framework for couples that are not a man and a woman? Call it something else. Let it have all the same legal privileges from the IRS and insurance companies; let the courts dissolve it in the same fashion as a marriage.
Marriage is more than a legal construct. It was created by God in His plan for mankind. There used to be a legal construct for same sex couples, civil unions. But the God haters pushed for counterfeit marriage and got it, thinking they’re mocking Him.
