I watched her testimony today.
She did herself no favors; she came off as having an attitude, and ended up twisting herself into a pretzel.
I bet her attorney was saying under his breath: “Shut the !@#$ up! Just answer the questions!”

WRONG! I too watched and by tomorrow morning she’ll be the hero in the female black community...how horrid getting beat down by a bunch of racist whites while fani in tears over losing her man. Watch and see how the media treats this...
My guess is that the prosecution has copies of cancelled checks she has written. They wouldn’t be asking about checks unless they knew she had checks. Fani stated she doesn’t use checks. And doesn’t have any. I suppose if they can catch her lying under oath...she would be finished as an attorney.
