You are correct. Not only did he do nothing wrong, but in his speech that day he explicitly stated to his audience not to do anything harmful. It’s on video, which for some strange reason isn’t being shown on the networks. Same as all the other video where nothing harmful was done.
Here is the problem. Politicians cannot be held individually accountable for lies or other activities which a citizen would go to jail for. As an example, Representative Schiff lied for years about Trump, but the only way he can be held accountable is at the ballot box. That needs to change.
