actually it can. it is just quite a bit more difficult than the new digital currency they want to impose.

every dollar you have has a unique identifying number and is scanned when going through banks or casinos.

Thanks for posting, algore.

Many USA merchants now scan all their cash, too.

Crime-related cash gets harder to use every year.

Outside the USA, however, US Dollars are still the currency of the Wild West!

There may be more than that. I had a reader on my website who carried a lot of cash and was always getting stopped like this. He finally began carrying the cash in a lead-lined box and the stops ceased.

He believed that they have a way to scan for the strips in the cash, and they may have scanners on the highways which alert Law Enforcement when large sums are driving along, and send a cop to check it out. He felt the lead-lined box was blocking the signals.

This guy may not have been stopped by chance.
