MOST of us over 50 have had an encounter with a person who was marginally or strongly impaired.
EITHER by age or by other mental issues.
I do NOT have to be an expert to see that BIDEN has gone WAAAAAY past his “USE BY” date.
I have had a number of close family with senior dementia. It is not too hard to categorize Biden.
I have also know mob criminals. Again, Biden fits right in that category as well.
I have know politicians on the take — again it is an easy fit.
