I’m confused. Bio male or female?
Transgender female = fake female = male.
The news at the top of the hour on radio is still pretending the shooter was a woman and they know no further details like the Palestine decal or being trans.
It’s still not clear.
I suspect this one was bio-female/trans male, based on recent and past photos. Either way, the correct pronouns are now was/were.
Maybe it was a biological female. I’m not sure anymore.

Fox 10 Phoenix reported that Moreno has “identified as a female but has a criminal history in the name of Jeffrey Escalante.” A criminal history obtained by that station shows the names Jeffrey Genesse Escalante and Jeffrey Escalante Moreno as aliases for the suspect.
Moreno also used the name Jeffrey Moreno Carranza in a divorce case, CNN reported.

As best I can tell, this was a biological female who tried to be a man named Jeffrey for a while, and had since gone back to identifying as female.
