The quote is hardly ever given in its entirety:

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,”

Hur was not diagnosing him, he was saying how Biden would present himself to a jury. Those are two different things.

This story is intentionally being distorted.

“sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man”

Only if tried in San Francisco, NY, or DC.

If tried in, say, Waco, they would see through the “well-meaning” crap in a moment.

This is a problem when all political persecutions are tried in cities with juries that would convict any Republican regardless of facts and law and would acquit any Democrat.

We need to start bringing frivolous criminal cases against Democrats in MAGA strongholds. Just make stuff up and put ‘em in jail.

also both Hur and Comey are not using the law that says nothing about “intention” of the handler of sensitive information. the crime is in the mishandling of the information, Did they or didn’t they, period . those two are injecting the motive issue when it is not mentioned or necessary to bring a case.
