I don't know, and I'm a Musk watcher.
Musk was a Tech Smart Genius. I believe he has gotten Really Smart Generally and he will be really careful what he says.
I believe Sewer Rooters has kept this in the Narrative lately because Musk control is the target, not Russians using Starlink for whatever.
