Trump needs to declare an invasion and suspend habeas corpus. That gives him authority to side step “due process” concerns. If CJ Roberts doesn’t like it, he should be worried about getting sent to GITMO for aiding and abetting the invaders.
Suspending habeas corpus is a great idea.
Nothing bad could ever happen under that scenario.
