The DC Council has appointed a patrolled murderer to the city commission charged with setting guidelines for prison sentences.
On Tuesday, twelve members of the commission that drafts and modifies criminal sentencing guidelines voted to elect convicted murderer Joel Castón to the 17-person board

Marion Harry’s first wife, a real. nasty piece of work and other top staff went to jail for ripping off their constituents with all kinds of financial thefts.
According to a friend of second wife Effie Barry, he hit her so hard that she had to have a lot of facial surgery. Had her sent to a hospital in Baltimore in the hopes that nobody would recognizE used to ride the MARC train from DC to Baltimore.
His third wife had him by the balls and controlled a lot of his later life (don’t know if she knew about his coke-smoking mistress but I suspect she did to some degree).
Some members of the DC City Council had close ties to the Communist Party of DC/VA including Hilda Mason. He became a professor at Howard University
PS: my late father-in-law was a major DC official. Need I say more?
Been sick so I’m having problems remembering names now.
Now you know why DC started declining in the 1970s.
The DC council has its war cry:
“In your face, Crackers...”
