Yep. And shoot the spray-paint vandals, too.

The spray paint vandals are the only ones telling the truth about what a neighborhood is. It's an ugly truth but at least there's someone putting up such warning signs to others.

Removing the warning signs and those who put them up, makes the neighborhood more dangerous, not safer.
