Now, I am intrigued as to why you believe the Palestinian claims of numbers of civilians dead, at all. These are the same people who swore no tunnels were there and Hamas didn't control anything. I suppose you'd trust your dog with them?
It is Israel's land, anyway. It is not a separate country. The Hamasians are not following the law and are supporting innocent slaughter of Israelis, so days, even weeks, of incessant warnings and even describing where they could otherwise safely go, is far too nice, in my book.
Killing women and children (are Israelis gang-raping and mutilating the "women and children" you say they are killing?) seems like a directly proportional response to me.
