Great to have you back!

:)

I was prescribed a lot of oxycodone after knee surgery and bouts of kidney stones. It seemed to mask, rather than to stop the pain; however, I’m grateful to have had it.

According to the nurse treating me for kidney stones in the ER, I was given fentanyl and morphine. It worked!

Suppose, in the right hands, most drugs can be benficial.

I took Oxy after the surgery on my broken ankle. I think I also took some after my hip replacement but I monitored it closely and finally only used it at bedtime and then after a week of that, not at all. I can tolerate Advil but I don’t think it does much.
Aleve make me break out in hives. So now I only use CBD and ivermectin and maybe one aspirin at bedtime. After covid I don’t trust any drugs, prescription or otherwise. This morning Mr. Mercat woke up with the sniffles and other symptoms of a cold. He took ivermectin and it all resolved. Yay
