What is the point of your question about "Biden"?
Biden is being moved out, partly to conceal the fact that he was never functioning as President.
Does this mean he is going to "get away with" crimes he committed before he was senile (dueing the period 2008-2017)? Yes it does.
Does national security demand he be removed? Yes it does.
Does using this as a campaign issue before it becomes obvious he's not running for anything delay his removal? Yes it does.
What's the point? Those responsible will never face justice.

That act always got him out of scrapes w/ the Delaware dupes.
