Note the tricky slithering these snakes are doing. They say he lacks the mental capacity for willfulness, and so he shouldn’t be charged with a crime. But even if he lacks the mental capacity now, he didn’t commit the crimes now, he committed them years or decades ago, when he had more mental capacity than he has now. (Admittedly this is a low bar.) So somehow his lack of mental capacity and willfulness now is somehow magically able to teleport back in time, preventing him from being charged for actions he took ages ago.
Wait, it’s not magic, it’s having a (D) after his name.

Here is how this went down……when Joe was being interviewed and needed an excuse as to why he had the docs, he said, “ I don’t remember, my son beau had brain cancer and then died, it was a very confusing and difficult time for me”. The interviewer then asked, “what was the date of your sons illness and death” Joe couldn’t remember OR giving the the dates wouldn’t have fit into his time frame”. Afterall, it wouldn’t be the first time he used poor Beau as an excuse or to get sympathy.

The same excuse they accuse Trump of didn't stop them from prosecuting him, now did it.

He seemed to remember a hell of a lot of the excuses for why he had the documents and why it was all OK and his staff’s fault. He also remembered plenty and lies about Trump. He is a natural born liar.
At this point, if Biden was replaced with a horse, we’d hardly notice the difference (except that maybe there’d be less sh*t all over the White House).
And yet 2 of Trump’s employees were indicted for moving boxes at MAL. I want the names of the Biden staffers who knew about these classified docs and never came forward. The ghost writer who destroyed the tapes of Biden’s conversations with him after the SC was appointed should also be charged with obstruction. Otherwise the govt is admitting what we all know: we have 2 systems of justice in America. 🤬
