Biden in his statement tonight said the prosecutor was wrong, and that he never said Biden willfully did anything, that he lied about Biden’s memory problems. Mark Levin pointed out that Biden when asked about Gaza, said he told the president of Mexico that he’s giving aid to Gaza. He named the president of Egypt, not Mexico. Tonight, he confused the president of Egypt with the president of Mexico. He also denied that he couldn’t remember when his son died or when he was vice president.
They were testing his capacity to face a trial and concluded he was an old man with a failing memory. That explains their questions that he raged about tonight as being inappropriate. Biden lied and blamed others for the fact that there were classified documents dumped in his garage, house, etc. He knew nothing about it, he says. Those were his excuses tonight. What a pathetic, disgusting creep he is.

Hur: "Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen."
Furthermore, Hur's logic is faulty, even he spills the beans. To wit:

The required mental willfulness is for when he committed the acts, not for when he stands trial!
