Almost the entire justification for not prosecuting him is "diminished faculties", poor memory, advanced age, etc. They are essentially making the case he is unfit for President. The question is, will the left take advantage of this opportunity that they have created.

This can't be accidental, right? There's no way it was accidental. The Special Counsel did exactly as he was told by superiors. He even went so far as to use Biden's words about the Trump Doc Case as evidence he knew it was a crime.
Newsom is probably front runner, but his performance against Desantis showed weaknesses. He's not gonna do well on stage against the likes of Trump.
