A novel approach. “We read those words differently”. This could be used to nullify anything in the Constitution that the judges choose to “read differently”.

Read their words carefully; “We read those words differently than the “CURRENT” United States Supreme Court”.

They apparently don’t like a slightly more conservative Supreme Court than they used to have “Warren Court” so they will just write their own laws.
