Special Counsel Robert Hur described President Biden as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," and said he would bring no criminal charges against the president after a months-long investigation into his improper retention of classified documents related to national security.
Hur's report was made public Thursday afternoon.
Hur has been investigating Biden’s improper retention of classified records since last year. Those records included classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, among other records related to national security and foreign policy which Hur said implicated "sensitive intelligence sources and methods."

lawyers after they slithered through his document stashes......
And I remember guilty as hell Biden saying at the time......calm cool and collected he was......
that his lawyers did the “right thing”......turning them in when they “found” them.
The investigation uncovered evidence that now-President Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified information” after his vice presidency, “when he was a private citizen.”
So that must mean Pres Obama gave Biden classified documents
only a president is entitled to have. Why did Obama do that?
FBI agents recovered classified materials from the garage, offices,
and basement den in Mr. Biden’s Wilmington, Del home, the report said.
The materials included:

<><>(2) notebooks containing Mr. Biden’s handwritten entries
<><>Biden focused on issues of national security
<><>and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods.

The Republicans are to much of gentlemanly losers to point this out.
When Biden was making barnyard noises while Paul Ryan was debating him, it was clear the man (Biden) Paul Ryan was deathly afraid to point this fact out.
And, the man may have a cheerful demeanor, but he is angry and vengeful. No way he is a nice man. More of a sociopath!
Think about the campaign possibilities. Biden is a criminal who is too mentally incompetent to stand trial, but they are charging Trump. Sounds like an endorsement for his abilities.
Apparently Biden was an elderly man with a poor memory ten years ago. Trump will scream bloody murder about this double standard. Biden’s DOJ is totally corrupt.
