IF Biden will give the House some sort of plan or mission statement and allow it to add provisions for better accounting of monies sent (most of the billions sent are in the form of largish old weapons), the aid would pass the House easily. Mike Johnson himself has indicated his own support for such a bill, even before he became Speaker.

Myself, I would also insist in cuts in our incredibly bloated and harmful in many instances domestic budget.

Whether or not Biden, even pumped up with meds, is any longer capable of presenting some sort of plan, even a general plan reading off the teleprompter, and then taking some questions on it, without cratering like he did last night, is doubtful.
