Progressives are such a cancer. They support these people, and ignore the barbarism. Don't take the word of these reports at face value. Many times "homosexuality" means much more than just "orientation." It usually involves male prostitution, sex involving minors, or spreading various sexually transmitted diseases wantonly. In these cases, I don't mind the most severe penalties.
Remember, the strict sentences imposed by recent laws in Uganda were for all of these things. But the leftist propagandists made it sound as if much milder offenses were resulting in prison than the truth revealed.
