i suspect it was easy and cheap to get on the primary ballot, whereas caucuses require a diligent and expensive ground game ... i think she thought she was going to notch a great [but meaningless] victory in the primary because Trump wasn’t on the ballot, but it never occurred to her that she would be slaughtered by “None of the Above” on the primary ballot
