According to some legal people, they are saying that the Supreme Court will rule with the DC court. But that does not make sense because all presidents have immunity. IF we had some big basketball of steel we would start immediately pressing charges against Clinton Bush, Obama Hillary, everybody that claimed immunity For their crimes. I’m so sick of this. I’m just sick of it. Our nation has completely collapsed. You have no idea how I despise DC and it’s communist piece of CHIT bastards! Sick of it. And you know the Supreme Court is going to stab us in the back as well. I don’t believe in JUSTICE anymore in America. Yes, it has good people but the ones that rule over us have their effin boots on our throats.
It wasn’t long ago that a similar three judge panel made a ruling that was excoriated by the DC Circuit sitting en banc.
Doesn’t the The U.S. Supreme Court hear every case en banc?
