Actually he can get, with the assistance of his fellow senators, and congressmen, a declaration of war and produce the funds to fight it. But congress can’t send anyone, anywhere. That responsibility to act falls directly under the POTUS as the commander in chief of the military forces.
So even if he can somehow get his part done, which is far from a reality, he can’t do what he says. Just another lie and a stupid move to get us into another conflict we won’t win without mass casualities to include the folks here at home. And yes he is stupid enough, mixed with arrogancy and narcism, to even mention something as brainless as this.
What type of idiot keeps electing him when he can try to cause such lunacy at this level. Imagine what he is doing to his home state no one ever hears about. He needs a ring side seat in Biden’s basement.
