Well, I don't know about Gen Z, but they are DEFINITELY planning on packing the military full of 3rd World Banana Republic entities who have zero patriotism or fealty to the Constitution, but would be right on board for being on Death Squads for dissident American citizens, and be able to to get US citizenship in return.
They have already floated the idea.
