What all does Ukraine have on our leadership or is the money for big actors pulling strings out of eyeshot causing them to use blackmail compromise on our politicians?

I once would have thought such a thing paranoid and conspiracy-theory driven but am much more gloomy seeing oddities in voting and press releases from our leadership. Thoughts?
