I realize that the pro-life lobby is influential in the Republican Party today. But we should become pro-choice if we want to reach out to the female voters.
Otherwise, we are at risk of losing everything.

We don’t have to become completely pro-choice. As far as I know, most people are agreeable to a 15-week ban on abortion. Anything more stringent, like in Florida, risks upsetting the apple cart.*
*Note: I am in Florida, and I’m certainly not going to press to get rid of the state’s 6-week ban, but I am aware of the possible political consequences.

The female vote is not entirely about abortion by any means or else Reagan, the author of the book "Abortion and the Conscience of the Nation" would not have been able to increase his percentage of the female vote to 57% in 1984.
