Islam does not produce scholars or professors of diplomacy. That is antithetical to the fundamental spirit of Islam. Islam means slaughter. At this very hour Muslims are butchering somebody somewhere in the world. It is irredeemably evil and cannot be reformed. To the kindhearted soul it can become a comfort and a rule for life, but that is among Muslims that have been Anglicized and Educated in the West. Islam is THE obstacle to peace in the Middle East, and everywhere else where it secures purchase. It must, and can be left behind by the millions who long to be truly free. Those who refuse to do so should be sent to live elsewhere. Americans believe in Liberty. Muslims believe in Jihad.
First off all and most obviously, it’s crazy to think anyone “made Hamas take hostages”.

There’s plenty of blame to go around, and some does belong to Israel as they pretty much knew what was going on in Gaza and chose to ignore it, rather than deal with it and wipe Gaza off the map.
On the other hand, the ‘world community’, led by the US (as always), wasn’t about to let them deal with it.
