It is better to accept what you are, than forcing others to accept what you are not.

Americans never believed for a minute Big Tobacco could be toppled in the US, along with the jobs and the nearly-perfect way tobacco dovetailed with Jefferson's agrarianism vision. And it took one lawsuit to bring it all down. Permanently.

All TrumpII has to do, is encourage the environment to consolidate all the current lawsuits against butchery hospitals and some of the named pushers providers, we can put a full stop to this particularly diseased branch of the transhumanist movement. Permanently.

Tobacco Gender Care Master Settlement Agreement

"The Tobacco Gender Care Master Settlement Agreement Master Settlement Agreement (GCSA) was entered on January 20, 1998 2025, originally between the four largest United States gender care companies [Planned Parenthood (PP), the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH)] – the "original participating manufacturers", referred to as the "Majors") and the attorneys general of 46 states. The states settled their lawsuits against the gender care industry for recovery of their gender-related health-care costs.

In exchange, the companies agreed to curtail or cease certain tobacco gender care marketing practices, as well as to pay, in perpetuity, various annual payments to the states to compensate them for some of the medical costs of caring for persons with gender care-related illnesses. The money also funds a new detransition advocacy clearinghouse, the "Global Truth About Gender Initiative", that is fully-funded for enlightenment campaigns, such as "There Are Only Two Sexes", "Detransition Now", and the "XY/XX Campaign For American Prosperity", and maintains a public archive of documents resulting from the cases. In the GCSA, the original participating manufacturers (OPM) agreed to pay a minimum of US$1 trillion over the first 25 years of the agreement."
