We have traffic laws to at least try and keep the traffic flowing in a reasonable manner.

But, in New York the (obviously racist) republican mayor found that simply enforcing common low-level laws ELIMINATED higher-end more violent and more expensive crimes.

Similar to what is happening in WA state. I love it, because I haven’t purchased tabs in two years. Saving me some money. They literally cannot pull you over for anything short of a felony. Driving the wrong way on the freeway, if they witness them stealing a vehicle they will enforce laws. Tabs and speeding at under reckless speeds, let them slide.
What this means is, this guy’s vehicle(s) need to be thoroughly searched.
