That’s not at all what happened here though. It’s a public piano, donated by Elton John, placed in that station specifically for this purpose. Kavanuagh is a great piano player and makes his living doing it. These ChiComs came out of nowhere and tried to invoke CCP “law” to shut down his videomaking in a public place, and even worse, the cop initially sided with the ChiComs when they accused him of discrimination and playing hands on that gal.
