Nadezhdin: The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation refused to satisfy my claim to challenge the refusal to register.

I will appeal the decision within 5 days. On February 26, the Court will consider appeals on the first two claims at 11:00 and 13:30.

Support our fight in the Supreme Court - I will not accept failure.

Russian blogger:

“Some people in the Kremlin want to lock him up in prison.” Two important news about Nadezhdin

Firstly, our insight about Boris Nadezhdin was confirmed. We wrote back in early February that politicians would be allowed to run in parliamentary elections and even, possibly, get a seat in the State Duma. And Boris Borisovich himself confirmed: he is going to go to the State Duma. The information from our sources turned out to be accurate.

Secondly, some influential people in the Kremlin and in a number of law enforcement agencies are dissatisfied with Nadezhdin and directly propose to Vladimir Putin to “close” him - to put him in prison. “The anti-war agenda is very dangerous. After the elections, I think we will have serious purges of those who are pushing for an end to the SVO. Moreover, purges are carried out not only among the elites, but at all levels. Against this background, Nadezhdin with his slogans can be dangerous. Plus, there is a threat that he can organize serious protests, and in case of problems, people will take to the streets for him. Not for him, but for ending the SVO, but we understand everything,” a source in the AP, close to Alexei Gromov, told us.

According to another interlocutor, the president listened to the arguments of such opponents of Nadezhdin, but no decisions were made on this matter.

Nadezhdin:

The SVO [Invasion of Ukraine] has been going on for two years now. People want peace.

Many thousands of people died and became disabled. Cities in which tens of thousands lived were destroyed. Millions fled their homes. For many years, normal relations with European countries, the largest trading partners since the times of the USSR, became impossible.

The military budgets of NATO countries have increased sharply. They were joined by Sweden and Finland, which did not join NATO even during the Cold War. In the UN General Assembly votes on issues related to the conflict in Ukraine, only a few countries with authoritarian or dictatorial regimes remained on Russia’s side, including Iran and the DPRK.

Small and unstable GDP growth is associated with an increase in orders for the military-industrial complex. The priorities of the Russian budget have finally become military and police - to the detriment of spending on education, health care, culture, infrastructure support, including housing and communal services.

Hence the degradation of civilian infrastructure, the lack of specialists in peaceful sectors of the economy, and rising prices for food and medicine. People see all this and understand better and better that these are direct consequences of the continuation of the SVO.

Therefore, more and more people, especially young people, are calling for the immediate start of peace negotiations.

Nadezhdin in the court today:

I again point out the contradictions in the actions of the Central Election Commission.
(such as) Why are the instructions that are used to verify signatures published after the CEC’s decision to refuse me?

He tries to use logic against a court that changes the rules depending on whether the State can win or not. He acts as if he is not in the Soviet Union 2.0. You can definitely assume that there are some judges who think it's all wrong, but they can't do anything, just wait for Russia after Putin.
