Boris Nadezhdin’s press service stated that tomorrow’s CEC message on the verification of the candidate’s signatures will be technical and will be held in a closed format, the candidate himself will not come there either:
“As soon as we understand the date for the announcement of the final results of the signature verification, we will schedule a press conference.”
Earlier, the deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission, Nikolai Bulaev, stated that the signatures of deceased people were allegedly found on the signature sheets for the nomination of Boris Nadezhdin.
Nadezhdin:
The CEC working group reported 15% of defects in the signatures that I submitted on January 31. We plan to collect signatures. We only need to remove approximately 4,500 signatures out of 9,209 that were declared invalid.
If the Central Election Commission refuses to register me, I will appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.

one of the communists are out: The defect in Sergei Malinkovich’s signatures exceeds the permissible barrier. The candidate does not intend to appeal the natural refusal to register.
