The BP already removed razor wire before. I'm cynical enough to see this statement as something to de-escalate the situation until the media move on to the next "big story". Then, Biden orders the BP in to remove the razor wire again.

OTOH, I hope the BP will stand with Texas and not follow Biden's orders. And if Biden commandeers the TNG, I hope they tell him to pound sand.

Wire? Have you taken a recent look at what they built down there? Like a forward operating base in Afghanistan, Iraq. If someone wants to take that down they better bring more than wire cutters.
