Again that is not how it works. If Trump were to file a lawsuit against her in say Utah it would 1. be thrown out so fast your head would spin, and 2. his lawyers would probably be sanctioned for frivolous conduct.
What is happening to him is an absolute travesty. But it is an unfortunate byproduct of living in/being in/doing things in the bluest areas. You can’t just magically ask Utah to hear your grievance because New York sucks.
Why not Florida? I am sure she’s said and done things while he has been at his home.

Point being the Court system doesn’t work anymore as it used too as good as now bad and bad is good...Once we passed that point we live in an era of Law of the Jungle and Justice is lost.
