Is it working so far?

That remains to be seen, but I certainly think it has a better chance of success than rolling over and begging them not to hurt you.

This case is insane. The New York legislature created a special law to allow this crazy woman to sue Trump. I believe I recall reading that her and her lawyer were even involved in the drafting of this law.

This is a bill of attainder. This case should never have even been allowed into the door of the courthouse because it is clearly an illegal bill of attainder that allowed her to sue him at all.

Beyond that, this crazy bitch can produce no evidence, and only contradictory testimony from herself, while witnesses against her were not allowed to be heard, and other evidence of her being a complete sex maniac nutjob were excluded.

By pissing them off, Trump has forced them to create what would be massive legal mistakes in any other case. Whether there are any legitimate honest appeals courts in New York remains to be seen. I'm guessing this bullshit doesn't stop until it gets to Federal court, (incorporation doctrine and Constitutional prohibition of bills of attainder) and maybe not even then.

I think the Supreme court will overturn, even if all the other courts don't, but who knows? They told Texas to stop interfering with Biden's efforts to stream illegals into the country.

The mistakes were already there. It was a pitifully weak case. It didn't matter.

They won't touch it. Too political. Too much blowback from the Democrats.
