Yes. This is clearly a "bill of attainder" and it is specifically forbidden by the US Constitution.
This should be absolutely spiked by the appeals court, and they should go so far as to put the Judge in prison for proceeding with this farce.

One of goals of this outrageous Railroading is to sway the weak minded. This will also help more anti-American zealots expose themselves, but not likely many.
The usual suspects will continue to proclaim he is guilty, but this as well I suspect will be yet another wholly ineffective narrative.
