While I may agree that UAL Chief Scott Kirby is a total douche deserving of removal, It is assinine that a NOBODY pinhead actor should have ANYthing to say about ANYTHING !, especially a nobody like Schneider .
If that happens, it will be the first domino.
Corporations live and breath groupthink at the C level, and right now DEI is “in”. But it can become “out” just as quickly, and the thing that will trigger the flip is when it becomes a personal liability or inflicts financial pain on top executive.
I quit United in 98 after the ESOP. I was able to get some ESOP stock and use it for a down payment on my house. Those that stayed got almost nothing.

Many have good intentions but are too lazy, too limited intellectually, or for some other reason have rendered themselves incapable of spiritual and intellectual enlightenment and of sound judgment.
Trite though it may be, many merely succumb to peer pressure or the habitual enslavement to trendy groupthink.
