Well, I have never known of Russia attacking the Brits. But since at least the 1850s, Brits have constantly attacked, prodded, overflew, and pushed for internal turmoil in Russia. Brits did it whether Russia was a monarchy, communist, a republic, whatever.
Brits just cannot accept that the empire is gone.
So yeah, Brits really don’t need much more than a coast guard and a national guard.
By the way, the Russian Army was down to 10% of it’s Soviet Fulda Gap days when the war started. It’s a farce to think they were on some world conquest track.
